The Grand Forks City Council on Monday approved transferring Canad Inns' lease and liquor license agreements to RZ Hospitality LLC, a group of investors that includes Riddle's Group Inc. RZ has shown interest in buying the destination center, and Choice Hotels would operate it under the Radisson brand if it does. knoxradio
