🎓 Education
Catherine Gillach, the associate superintendent of secondary education at Grand Forks Public Schools, resigned last week and will finish the school year with her last day set for June 30.
Her decision comes after she recently withdrew from a superintendent role in Hawley.

UND student Paige Jones will represent Team USA in ski jumping at the XXV Winter Olympics opening ceremony in Milan tomorrow.
The Biomedical Engineering major said she has worked hard for years to achieve her lifelong dream.
The UND hockey team holds a three-point lead in the NCHC standings and will travel to Minnesota Duluth for a two-game series — a six-point sweep or a win and an overtime victory will secure home ice advantage for the playoffs.
