➤ The Altru Family YMCA will host a free financial wellness seminar by Alerus Financial on Monday, Feb. 23 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. downtown at 215 N 7th Street where participants will learn about savings + debt management + retirement planning; call the Y to register. Knox News Radio

EDUCATION NEWS

➤ UND launched two satellites aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 Rideshare mission in June and now controls them, giving students hands-on experience operating satellites (state funding enabled years of research and collaboration). Knox News Radio
➤ DeAnna Carlson Zink, CEO of the UND Alumni Association & Foundation, was named a 2026 recipient of the CASE Common Fund College and University Foundation Award, recognizing her role in record-breaking fundraising. Her leadership helped UND exceed its fundraising goals ahead of schedule. Knox News Radio
