- ➤ Two weeks ago, the Grand Forks School Board approved a reduction of over 13 full-time staff and a $4.4 million budget cut. Dr. Terry Brenner said the measure addresses a budget shortfall discovered last September at Grand Forks Public Schools. Knox News Radio
