  • The Community Action Partnership of North Dakota invites residents to complete an online needs assessment survey to help shape support programs amid rising affordable housing and rental assistance calls.   • DGF school sites went into a hallway closure today after law enforcement located a person of concern — students and staff remain secure as classes continue while officials investigate the situation.  Valley News Live
  • Matthew Bakke, the assistant superintendent of Elementary Education at Grand Forks Public Schools, will leave his position effective June 30 and will work through the rest of the year while his resignation remains informal.  Knox News Radio

HEALTH NEWS

  • Altru Health System completed the transfer of CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake to rebrand it as Altru Hospital Devils Lake. The hospital will expand services in coming months to improve local care access in the Lake Region.  Knox News Radio

  • A Wisconsin angler may have set a new yellow perch record by catching a 2.99-pound, 16.5-inch fish at Woodland Resort on Devils Lake; the record is pending a four-week verification by the ND Game and Fish Department.  Valley News Live
  • Grand Forks Red River girls open their basketball postseason run tonight at Fargo Shanley at 6 p.m. in the Eastern Dakota Conference tournament as the fifth seed. The boys will face West Fargo Sheyenne on Tuesday at 7:45 p.m.  Knox News Radio
