- ➤ Natural gas customers in Grand Forks and nearby areas will face a 10.66% rate increase on April 1 after the Public Service Commission’s interim approval. Xcel Energy estimates a typical customer’s bill will rise about $8.42 monthly, with a final 12% increase still pending. Valley News Live
