- ➤ An East Grand Forks man, Vincent Villarreal (32), waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to the murder of his father, Jeffrey Shulzitski (55), whose death from a gunshot wound was ruled a homicide during a hotel incident on December 5, 2020, and he faces life imprisonment without the possibility of parole if convicted of Class AA felony murder.
