- ➤ Starting April 1, Xcel Energy will raise natural gas bills for more than 66,000 customers by about $8.41 per month, and if the commission approves further increases at a hearing later this year, bills could rise more; the company may issue a one-time credit + interest if final rates drop. - ➤ Four UND nursing students were elected as leaders in the North Dakota Nursing Students’ Association to rebuild a chapter that nearly closed from low participation, giving peers a statewide voice in national nursing conversations. Knox News Radio
