- ➤ The Bank of North Dakota will launch a stablecoin pilot program to local banks this September after state regulators approved using the tech for bank-to-bank transactions. Ten local banks are set to test Roughrider Coin, the state-owned bank’s new cryptocurrency, to speed up money transfers & build a solid foundation. Knox News Radio

- ➤ On Thursday, a federal judge held a hearing on motions for summary judgment in the legal dispute over a state law meant to protect discounted medications for low-income residents. Drug companies and state officials are asking for a ruling without a trial. Knox News Radio
