A school bus was rear-ended at the intersection of DeMers Avenue and 42nd Street with no injuries—nobody was taken to hospital—Grand Forks Police said the low-speed crash was minor.

Grand Forks police arrested Roger Delgado Jr. on April 1 after he allegedly tried to run over three people and he now faces three charges of reckless endangerment, one charge of terrorizing an adult victim and a DUI charge—officers observed that he failed three sobriety tests.

The North Dakota Senate unanimously passed a property tax credit bill that cuts the maximum credit to $1,250 — less than the House-approved $1,450 and below the governor’s proposed $1,550.

A new skin-in-the-game amendment ties the credit to 75% of a homeowner’s tax liability with a $500 minimum, and Sen. Janne Myrdal warned that excluding agricultural property will burden rural taxpayers.
