- ➤ The North Dakota Board of Higher Education will review design upgrades for Ray Richard’s Golf Course at its April 30 meeting. The course — a project tied to the DeMers Avenue/42nd Street Underpass upgrades — will remain closed for 2026 and 2027 and is expected to reopen in 2028. Knox News Radio
