  • North Dakota Gov. Kelly Armstrong and Attorney General Drew Wrigley applauded a federal judge’s ruling today that orders the United States to pay nearly $28 million for law enforcement and other costs from the Dakota Access Pipeline protests in 2016 and early 2017.
