- ➤ The Downtown Development Association, Northridge Construction and Franklin on 4th are teaming up to design a new mural funded by the Iseminger Endowment for the Arts Grant Program and local contributions to celebrate our area's heritage. - ➤ A federal appeals court ruled in a 2-1 decision that the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa and Spirit Lake Nation do not have standing to bring a voting discrimination claim against North Dakota, overturning a past ruling on the state's 2021 redistricting plan. Attorneys for the tribes say the decision limits voters' ability to challenge racial discrimination under the Voting Rights Act in North Dakota and six other 8th Circuit states. Knox News Radio
