- ➤ The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction is updating Native American textbooks to include revised tribal history, new maps, and a book for the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate. - ➤ The Grand Forks County Commission approved a tax exemption for Cirrus Aircraft—a Grand Forks plane manufacturer—at its most recent meeting. The decision gives the local company a tax break. Knox News Radio
- ➤ North Dakota received $204,500 from the USDA Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Award and selected 13 recipients among public schools and child care centers to purchase equipment like cold storage and greenhouse supplies for local food programs—supporting local producers and improving meals for children.
