An 18-year-old from East Grand Forks was arrested Friday night in Grand Forks for reckless endangerment after driving a car near 2200 8th Avenue North, crashing into a fence, fleeing on foot, and then being charged with Felonious Restraint, Felony Theft, and Reckless Endangerment—he is now in custody at the county correctional center.
Crews in Grand Forks will begin a three-phase reconstruction project on 24th Avenue South from South Columbia Road to South 34th Street on Monday, June 9th (median work will affect left turns and lane closures will occur for both directions) and the project is expected to finish by mid-October, weather permitting.
