- ➤ The State Investment Board has expanded the Legacy Fund’s in-state investment program by adding GCM Grosvenor to lead real assets investments and increasing its commitment to 50 South Capital for private equity and venture capital deals. Gov. Kelly Armstrong said the new plan will boost North Dakota’s economy with an initial $150 million investment over three years. Knox News Radio
