A suspected accidental gun discharge near the 4000 block of 5th Ave N just before 2 a.m. injured one person, who was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle with non-life-threatening injuries—police seized the firearm and continue investigating.

Midco announced network upgrades in Grand Forks that will bring multi-gigabit internet speeds to homes and businesses with a $4.5 million investment as part of a total $13.1 million project.
