Grand Forks will have temporary road closures this week as police guide a funeral procession for a WWII POW returning home after over 80 years.
The route exits I-29 onto 32nd Avenue South heading to Veterans Memorial Park Thursday and leaves Amundson Funeral Home Saturday toward Highway 2 near Dahlen.
🏈 Sports
The Spitfires lost 16-12 to the Habaneros Monday night at Albrecht Field in a game with 27 hits and four errors.
They will face Mankato again tonight at 7:05 p.m. at the same field.
Fargo Post 2 swept the Royals Monday night with an 11—3 win in game one and a 3—0 loss in game two.
The Royals now prepare for their annual road trip to Omaha.
