- ➤ Grand Forks police arrested Daniel Molstad after he allegedly strangled his girlfriend — he now faces charges of domestic violence, felonious restraint, and interference with telephone during an emergency call — following a domestic disturbance call on June 18 just after 7:00 p.m. Valley News Live

- ➤ North Dakota farmers and ranchers suffered heavy losses from severe weather over the weekend that killed four people, state Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said.
