- ➤ Residents on the Spirit Lake Reservation have not been drinking local water for about a month after a May 27 test found manganese levels at 1.23, which is far above the advisory level of 0.3+ Tribes donated bottled water to residents, and officials will continue testing the supply to protect public health+. - ➤ Crews begin construction on Washington Street near 28th Avenue South today — traffic is limited to one lane per direction, and left turns are closed until July 6th.
