🏛️ Government
The U.S. Supreme Court froze North Dakota’s legislative district map today — keeping it in place as a tribal voting rights case alleging that the 2021 redistricting diluted Indigenous voters’ power continues.
The decision came before the 8th Circuit was due to issue a mandate reversing a judge’s earlier order for a new map.
