🚨 Crime
Officials from the Clay County Sheriff's Office are searching for 31-year-old Skyann St Claire—she left her home in rural Hawley on July 11, is about 5'5" tall, weighs 145 pounds, has brown hair and eyes, and was last seen in leggings and a sweatshirt.
A 31-year-old woman from Tokio was sentenced to 14 years in prison after her intoxicated driving in August 2024 in Fort Totten fatally struck a man while she drove with three children in the car—she received 96 months for involuntary manslaughter and 24 months consecutive on each of three child neglect counts.

Grand Forks was awarded a $10.9 million Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan and a $1.7 million Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan that will fund new water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems including a storm water pond, pump station and force main to serve properties in the Korynta-Lemm Sixth Resubdivision—these improvements aim to support safe drinking water delivery and effective wastewater management.
