- ➤ After a federal lawsuit, North Dakota will receive $6 billion in federal funds for after-school programs—this follows the Office of Management and Budget unfreezing nearly $1.5 billion in grants that had been delayed. Valley News Live

- ➤ North Dakota urged the U.S. Supreme Court to use its legislative map after an appellate court ruled that a federal judge wrongly changed last year's district lines.
