- ➤ 30-year-old Tessa Schmidt was arrested in Stutsman County after she fled a traffic stop on I-94, drove recklessly at 125 mph before losing control in a rollover crash, and was charged with fleeing a peace officer, reckless endangerment, driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license while recording a 0.141 breath alcohol level.
