- ➤ North Dakota’s Main Street businesses face uncertainty as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act raised the equipment deduction cap while a future federal budget proposal could cut key support such as Women’s Business Centers—Amber Metz from the Lake Agassiz Development Group warned that startups might lose free guidance if these changes take effect.
