  • ➤ Border Patrol agents from Grand Forks arrested Jose Cadena-Velasquez in Fargo after a tip reported he used fraudulent documents to gain employment, and agents conducted surveillance on August 18 before stopping his car at the intersection of 9th Avenue Circle S and 9th Avenue South when he refused to answer questions about his legal status.  Knox News Radio
