- ➤ The Fargo VA Health Care System announced that the new Grand Forks Community-Based Outpatient Clinic will open on November 21 at 1407 24th Avenue South, Suite 100—closing the current clinic on November 20—and will begin patient appointments at 12:00 p.m. The new facility, which is twice the size of its predecessor, will operate Monday through Friday while a new Vet Center opens in the same complex on November 21.
