A Lake Park mother received a refund of more than $800 after her credit card company ruled she did not authorize the Sky Zone membership, which she said was illogical given the two-hour commute.
The reversal followed charges that started last December.

Grand Forks City Council has renewed its plan to redevelop the old water treatment plant site with a new proposal by City Administrator Todd Feland that focuses on staff-led project grading and cost-saving measures by foregoing a consultant.
The council is reviewing the plan to decide how best to proceed.
