- ➤ Grand Forks Fire Department responded just after 5 a.m. Sunday morning to the Stay Inn on North 42nd Street — crews encountered smoke and upgraded the alarm, later finding that a malfunctioning bathroom fan caused a fire that damaged one unit with no injuries. Knox News Radio
