CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A Grand Forks man waived his preliminary hearing this week and pleaded not guilty to felony kidnapping, robbery and terrorizing charges from an April incident in which he allegedly abducted a man from a grocery store parking lot and forced him at gunpoint into his vehicle to drive to the Grand Forks Islamic Center+ police detained him when he left the building.
